Click on the photo, drag and drop in the order you would like them.
After you upload the photos and add whatever tags you wanted simply hold the photo and drag it around to out it int he order you desire. Keep in mind that the first photo in the album becomes the album cover.
Simply drag and drop the photos into whatever order you would like it to show.
