cancel the account, close the account, names, contact information and email. Why is it impossible to reach anyone and only leave messages? You guys need the ability to stragiht up close and cancel the account if so desired instead of waiting for permision to close it. Please close this account, unsubscribe. it’s near the middle of the day and not one time has anyone ever picked up the phone.
— if your going to force people to get permission to close the account then this should be posted in large print when you sign up to the web page to prevent any misleading interpretations / or misunderstandings.
