I have updated, added pictures, endorsed, received endorsement, added permits, added insurance and license info, gotten reviews and filled out all other items in my profile but still at only 92% complete. What else am I missing to get my profile to 100% complete?

Checking your site metrics, your response and bid rates are perfect. One specific recommendation would be to increase your close-rate; I understand not all leads are going to be perfectly qualified (we do our best) but make sure that the information you receive is really a great fit for your business before claiming the opportunity. The way the system is set-up is to disincentivize really aggressive claiming of opportunities. Your profile
In our case and from a few other companies we talked to we had to call buildzoom to have it get fixed for us. Try that if you still haven’t been able to get it up to 100%.
Buildzoom is always closed.
How can you call them if they’re always closed???
