I hired one of your contractor 1 year ago for a 12 X 24 addition. Says I’m not a side job gave him $17,000 and he only works about 1 day per month, doesn’t respond to me. I need this project done has already messed up 2 summers. will not work.
Hopefully you have a contract. if you do, look at the completion date. if there is one, you can let him know that if he is not there working, you will contact the licensing authorities and file a complaint.
Always put a contract in place with start and end date. Try to not pay in full but in installments
