Buildzoom helps by updating and keeping my profile at the top of google. They also researched my company and gave me proper ratings.
I have received some good leads for customers and have had great customer service from Buildzoom. I would definately recommend it to any small business contractors. Especially if you are starting out and are looking to build a client base.
BuildZoom is a great lead generating service. Though a lot of the leads are window shopping, the serious clients make up for it. We have been using BuildZoom for years and prefer it over any other service out there today.

I’ve been with Buildzoom for a number of years 3 different companies.When they first started they helped my business get off its feet. Customer relations were excellent.
Now that Buildzoom has grown, its hard to get the same results as before. I changed entities and no longer have the other company. I’ve communicated that to about 5 different people at Buildzoom they’re still posting my old company on their website. I would get leads and perform services for the clients and would have them write a review using my ipad. Buildzoom deleted my account saying that was generating reviews on my own. And the reviews that customers leave are never posted on your profile.
All in all Buildzoom is great but since they grew, customer relations have gone down for contractors.
We get several leads from Buildzoom! It’s has truely gained awareness.
