How is COVID-19 impacting your business?

We’ve been carefully tracking construction demand during the COVID-19 pandemic.

As you can see from this chart, we saw a large drop around March 12, however, we’ve seen things rebounding over the past couple weeks.

What’s interesting is that construction demand for projects with budgets greater than $250K, seems to have rebounded more rapidly:

It has caused us to buy some materials in advance in case we might have trouble accessing them at the correct stage of the work. It has also made it difficult to shop for finishes with clients so they can select, say the tile they prefer. But so far we have not seen any current clients cancel. I do see a small slow down in inquiries for estimates and future work.
