What is a reasonable amount of time to have the interior of a home painted and laminate flooring installed? The home is 1350 sq feet and it has 9 rooms and three hallways to be painted. The flooring is needed in the four bedrooms (about 15x20) and one hallway.

Here are the questions to be answered: 1) Is the house empty or do we have to deal with furniture? Are we painting trim, walls, and ceilings? Or just walls? Closets too? How many colors will you be using?
Any high ceilings (over standard 8-9’)?
As far as wood floors the time range will depend on the type of material that you are using.
i.e. if you are installing pre-finished hardwood it will be complete after the install but if it is finished in place you will have sanding and finishing. All that depends on the finish you chose.
If it is finished in place there is time between coats of finish and if you chose to stain that is an additional step in the process.
If you have a flooring in mind that will help determine the install time more accurately.
