Making an assumption the hook up for water and electrical are close, not on huge acreage, and the house is not overly complex, I would say six months from permit to final inspection.
Six months is always about average once the permits are issued.
There has been a huge change in the time required to get permits over the last 10 years or so, now permits can take months to years in some jurisdictions! So find that out early!
Depends on the complexity of the home. A simple three bedroom, 2,000 square foot home could take three months to build but a complex home with custom high end finishes could take twelve months considering permitting, weather, and selections made prior to or during the construction process.
90-120 days permit to completion. Of course assuming Owner selections are submitted on schedule and change orders are kept to a minimum.
