I’m interested in possibly gutting and remodeling a full bathroom (approximately 8’ x 7’). The remodel would include replacing the tub, sink, vanity, lighting, exhaust fan and tiling on the floor and three walls within the tub area. Additionally, there is a closet located at one of the tubs. I’m interested in understanding the cost involved.

Hello , usually a bathroom that size would cost between 8k to 10k that’s including all labor & materials , also depends on how fancy you go with vanity And tiles , you can also make a bathroom that size cost 20k if you want . But usually bathrooms that I have done cost around 8k to 10k plumbing and all materials and labor

Depends on the material. If you purchase your material to your liking such as you tub, vanity, toilet, ceramic it would cost you less. I prefer customers to purchase their material to their liking and I provide all basic material and labor. For a bathroom this size, I would say approx $6,000. Happy New year! Rule of thumb. Expect$7 to$10 k for a complete bathroom remodel. There are ways to cut costs but not a lot.remember good work is not cheap and cheap work ifs usually not good

Based on my experience with standard size bathroom renovations, I would advise you to expect $5000-$7000 in labor expenses. You as the home owner can only know what you are willing to spend on fixtures and tile. The price varies significantly with bathroom products, but the labor cost should remain somewhat the same.
