My basement measures 20 X 24 and its all concrete. I want a bar made where in it is designed with stucco or stones. I also want a 1/2 bathroom made. The flooring is also cement. There is aready a door that leads to the outside. I am looking for a contractor that will transform this basement to a unique one but I like all stones around it where I could stock bottles of wine and make it nice.

The costs will vary for your usage. If you’re going to create living space with a sleeping area you’ll need to have a viable egress. Also, the basement needs to be dry. Since we’re in Oregon it’s the first thing we check when planning a basement.
I agree for an average basement remodel the cost is around $30k with a bathroom but if you’re looking to build a mother-in-law apartment or an Accessory Dwelling Unit, these costs can quickly rise due to permits and additional requirements by the building department of your city.
