There is a single concrete step leading from our back door to the back yard. One corner is crumbling, and I’ve noticed a slight fissure. About how much should it cost to repair this step? What are our options?
It depends on the size of step and where you are located.
The way it works in Pa may differ from everywhere else… but here, you have a minimum of 4 yards of concrete you must purchase just to get a concrete truck to deliver to you (Thats around $600). And bags of concrete are not the best quality, in my experience… so really, I would recommend replacing at least a few if not all of them, because the price for doing 1 step and, say, 5 steps, will not be that different… U see what im saying?
