Usually depends on the property. A 1 story up to an 8/12 roof pitch usually is between 300-380 pending the contractor. Add 10 per square for a second story, as well as 10 per square for increased roof pitchs. Hope this was helpful!
Basic number to go with is $3.5 but take in consideration that it’s for a basic roof only without any accessories
A house with an easy excess so demo is easy and roof material delivery is easy as well
2 story house will be more expensive
No excess will cost more on labor.
Upgrade of the shingles or underlymnet will cost more as well
