Here in Alabama we get anywhere from $0.65-$1.25 per sq foot on exterior painting. If the structure has been painted before and the paint is peeling and flaking, it is a very labor intensive process to get the surface back into a paintable condition where the new paint blends with the areas that were peeling. On smaller jobs we have a base price to cover our equipment and time gathering all materials to perform the work. That is all I can speak to’ someone else would need to give a quote on the carpet and the repairs needed.
