How much will it cost to completely remodel my bathroom?

You could spend $10 to $20,000. Type of tub, cabinets, even the toilet. Type of tile and how much area it will cover. What type of fixtures: faucets, towel rods & shower cover. Thats if the plumbing isn’t old and need to be repaired

Bathroom costs largely depend on finishes chosen. As an example: plumbing fixtures, cabinets, counters, tile, accessories. Because of this cost vary widely. On a low end with inexpensive fixtures it is possible to get the costs down to the $16k range for a full remodel, however we have clients that average spending $25k for a bath that size. We have also had customer go with high end fixtures and or expensive tile and be as high as $32k when fixtures such as tub and toilets are reconfigured.

The ball park for the said bathroom is $8500. It may change when we going to details.

Typically bathroom remodel range is between 6500 and 10000 depending on amount of work and grade of materials. Hope this helps.

This is a very open-ended question that is ripe for misinterpretation. There are so many cost variables to consider which will factor into a cost estimate for what many consider to be a “simple” bath remodel. Most people will consider the obvious and tangible items such as the bathtub which varies wildly in cost from a few hundred dollars to several thousand dollars. But just as important to consider is an issue such as the age of the home which has a huge impact on the net costs. For example, was the home constructed prior to 1978? In that case there will be additional costs related to the removal of lead-based paint as well as the potential for vinyl flooring that contains asbestos. There are other less ominous impacts on cost such as what floor of the home is the bathroom located on? If it is a second or third floor, how difficult are the stairs to navigate. Where will contractors be able to set up a work station? Is there somewhere to stage materials? I could go on and on. Due to these types of extenuating circumstances it is best to consult with a professional remodeler to give you an accurate number based on your unique situation.

With all that being said I would budget a minimum of 20,000 dollars.

You would probably be around $6000 to $6500.

Based off the provided information it would be somewhere between $5-7k.

A ball park figure for what was described I would price around $9,500.00 +/-

In the state of California, Los Angeles area your average price for standard bathroom remodeling is between 12K to 15K depends on unseen items such as plumbing, electrical, subfloor etc…
Materials is a big price range, but average tile is $3 per sq for walls and floor, standard 36’’ vanity you can look in home depot if you don’t want to get something super pricey, toilet $200-$250, tub from $300 to $700, fixtures is minor around $100, exhaust fan $200.
The labor price will cover all the rough materials and usually 4 LED reccesed lights, upgrade the outlet to GFCI and of course to floating cement for the tile and not cement boards/hardy baker.

Typically, a bathroom remodel projects range from 10-15k for a standard bathroom, and price does increase based on size and quality and finish detail.

A bathroom remodel can vary in price. Size, Material, etc to get a accurate quote its best to itemized break down of what will be performed also a itemized material list. so you know all of your T’s are crossed and your i’s are dotted.

It really depends on location, but can easily range from 10-30k.

the general rule of thumb here in ny is 5 by 8 bathroom all included 12.000 dollars excluding high end fixtures. example 1000 dollar toilet or maybe faucets 300 and above

For a standard 5x8 -remove board around tub, remove old fixtures, old tile and discard, same plumbing, replace board around tub area only, repair drywall elsewhere, re-tile around tub area only and floor (you provide tile), replace with new plumbing fixtures (you provide) Id say $6,000 for all labor.

An average bathroom of this size in the Chicago area would start at $30,000.00
This includes a reputable company with proper insurance and the scope of work you provided.
There are still material selection and location (inner city or suburb, 1st floor or 67th floor ect.) variables to consider before establishing a final price.

Based off the provided information it would be somewhere between $5-7k.

We can approximate coast t9 about 3500

I scrolled through a page or two of the answers and found a couple of things that are missing… first, your area will change the overall cost. Say it is in a lower cost construction area (I used to use Florida as a low cost area, but that may have changed in recent years) as compared to downtown New York City. You could expect a wide variation of prices.

The second area that I did not see mention of was using licensed plumbers and electricians. Technically, if a plumbing fixture is touched, a licensed plumber has to do it (yes, this includes toilets, which is crazy). So if you were going to swap out fixtures, put in a new shower valve and a new faucet, that should be done by a licensed plumber.

In the Boston area one of the highest costs is a good plumber. Prices range for a bathroom with fixtures being changed out… on the low side it costs $1700, the high side $3k. We did 9 bathrooms last year and as we went on, I was continually shocked at getting quotes from new plumbers as to the overall cost.

Our average bathroom remodel cost just over $19k, but I will say that most of our bathrooms would be considered “upper middle class” on the expense of fixture side.

The main question is where are located? the price will vary much based on your location, in CA where costs of everything is higher (LA area), the range is 15-20k.
