The cost of your project should be transparent. The Client should have an initial budget to work with and the Contractor should discuss in detail of every aspect of the project relative to cost. Communication is the key when it comes to the budget for the project. We need to understand the Client’s expectations and vision for the end result to work together to accomplish Client’s dream.

I agree with Oracle Construction in many ways. I also want to add that there are times many unforeseen obstacles during construction that cannot be avoided.
Client understanding in these matters is essential and creates a bond between the client and the contractor.
Larger projects are harder to calculate and just remember, this is not an exact science.
