How much would a concrete spa cost?

Looking to remove my fiberglass spa and have a poured concrete spa put in. The concrete foundation is already poured but the pumps and all electic will need to be some 25 feet away.

A traditional in-ground swimming pool/spa is often the most expensive part of a new landscape, but it is also the pinnacle of amenity. Estimates show that adding a pool/spa to your homesite can increase it’s overall value from 7% to 15% if it is well built and attractive. However, pools/spas that are constructed with alternative methods to traditional unite can, in the future, present a liability.
Swimming pools/spas are consistent in their construction costs. The causes of variability are the many options possible for increasing their visual appeal or diversity. Your family and lifestyle will dictate what options are important to you personally and whether the cost for these upgrades is within your budget.
The national average is about $50 per square foot, which can be dramatically altered depending upon the location, the type of pool/spa, and the customization added to the pool/spa.
