Asphalt can be sealcoated every 3-4 years depending on how much traffic it handles, and exposure to the elements. Sealcoating too often will result in the coats building up possibly causing a slick, slippery surface. Sealcoating should be done with temperatures at 50 degrees or above and when rain is not imminent in the forecast.
