Your question is a little vague. If it is wood structure figure about $25 to $30 sf for labor and material. This price is based off a residential national average in the united states. If commercial you are looking at possibly a higher price and would have to move to a CMU (cement block) concrete or steel depending on what the building use is for. I hope this helps.
