I need basement stairs moved from kitchen area to the living room area Than have the closet put on the kitchen side Also want a rectangle cut into the living room wall instead of removing it and making it a total open staircase

This is hard to say without looking at architectural plans and details, but I would say at least $20,000. This work will most likely involve engineering and making structural changes to the structure.
