For builders who don’t provide design services, are there any circumstances where it would still make sense to route a potential client who is interested in doing a ground-up build to them? Or should they always be routed to a design-build firm or architectural designer first?
We face that question a lot, clients do not have plans and asking for construction cost estimates to build, we can not provide that, no idea what the site looks like & at times there is a home on the site to be demolished.
Best to send them to design build or architectural firms to facilitate there needs. Saves all headaches.
