I have recently just put my company on this website. It’s been about 2 weeks now and I haven’t paid for anything. On the other hand, since I haven’t upgraded, I have not received any leads from this website.
There is no charge fee for the website. Make sure to build your app as much as possible. Answer questions and endorse other companies, have a background check. When getting leads make sure to respond quickly and when you sign the project then you will have to pay a percentage from the amount that the project is signed. Remember, the more points you have the more leads you will get. Good luck

Great question! There is no cost at all to have your business on BuildZoom. There are no monthly fees. The only time you would pay BuildZoom, assuming you are a contractor, is if you get hired on to a project. Once the contract has been signed you then will owe BuildZoom a 2.5% referral fee of the total contract amount.
Initially no, there is not, you can have a free profile and optimize it to your liking. You also do not have to take projects on from the Buildzoom platform, but that would be a waste of the platform if you ask me.
However, once you do take on projects that were referred to you from Buildzoom you as the company owner pay a percentage for referral fees.
