Buildzoom shows only one permitted project for my company, yet I work year round. Often times permits are not required (ex - flooring replacement, painting, insulating, etc).

For the many remodeling projects that don’t require a building permit we encourage you to post photos with a description of the work. Adding positive reviews from clients to your profile is also a great way to demonstrate an excellent reputation.
