Has anyone else had a problem trying to submit a bid on a project? The “SEND” button on the “Send an official bid to” pop-up window is grayed out & doesn’t work!

Device was a Dell Inspiron 15 5000 series laptop with Windows 10 operating system & Microsoft Edge browser.
Also, you won’t be able to send a bid if you haven’t submitted a valid bid amount.
Seemed like a valid bid amount to me. The project owner’s range was between $1K-$5K & my bid was $4,355.
