Putting up a 60x120 metal building on raw land. Needs some grading. Should I go with a contractor, engineer or architect?

Needs all aspects. Utilities at street.

You should look for a general contractor. I highly suggest talking to a few steel/metal building companies and asking for some recommendations on contractors.

The building will need to have a structural engineering assessment done.

I recommend soliciting the services of an architect. But if you can successfully identify a manufacturer of Pre-Fabricated metal structures then I suggest giving them a call first.

It is possible that you will need a combination of all three of these professionals. That said, most general contractors will have a structural engineer that they can work with to get assessments done. I would start by finding a GC and then letting them guild you through the process.
