Agents will make more money and faster off the sale of a home than a plot of land.
Offers to purchase a plot are contingent on building permits approval and finance.
To some agents it is a waist of time.
Contact the realtors offices and ask before committing.

Any real estate agent can help with this type of transaction, but I would look for agents who work a lot with real estate investors or have handled these types of transactions in the past since unique issues can arise compared to vanilla residential transactions. Good luck!
