Is there a simple way to do a back-of-the envelope calculation for a deck replacement?

Specifically, I’m interested in better understanding:

  1. Simple way to estimate cost to remove an 18’ x 16’ deck
  2. Simple way to estimate the cost to install a new deck of the same size
  3. How to price an enclosure to this deck

Are there any other things to consider when pricing this out?
