Has anyone ever installed a shipping container on a property as another structure? I’ve been wanting to put an art studio behind our house and love the idea of recycling a shipping container. I’m wondering what logistical challenges this presents, and also a rough idea of the cost to outfit – any ideas? I imagine the main expenses would be cutting and installing doors/windows, installing HVAC and insulation, and plumbing for the sink (need somewhere to rinse my brushes).
