I was admitted to the hospital November 18th 2022 and was released 3/15/2023. When I was admitted I remember being inundated with leads, some of which were requests not consults. I had concierges and account executives that need to utilize my company in order for your clients to be satisfied. I am probably the only one or a handful that is completely vertically integrated. I have consulted clients on their financing because I was a licensed TX LO starting when I first entered banking. After remodeling 38 homes in east dallas, which is purchase, remodel, and then sell or we just go back to my unit and yall can shower. I would like to know where my lead flow is because I hired several project managers and phone consults. Please let me know what is going on. There is a huge influx of people entering the metroplex and I would like to take advantage of more new construction and renovation of existing structures to meet the demand of discerning affluent home owners Thank you!
