We submitted the proposal to Mr. Unangst. After his review he decided that he only wanted to install the 2 handrails and install a grab bar in the bathroom. Mr. Unangst does not want to install the ramp at this time but at a later date.
With that being said, New Day General Contractors executed an contract for the installation of the 2 handrails and one grab bar.
