What would be some useful tip in hiring a contractor?
For me, communication with a manager is of the utmost importance. i would like somebody who uses email, and is responsive to both the telephone and email. If i do not get a response back in a very timely manner, it’s time to run. additionally, you wish somebody who will touch upon you and your idiosynchricies. a number of us are needier then others. you would like to let companies recognize up front wherever you stand, and check that they are willing to be flexible for you.
