This depends on the project. Is it high end? Then probably the fixtures, tile and finishes. Plumbing rough-ins will cost about the same for most projects. There really are a lot of variables that will impact the costs. Will you have to replace existing pipes? Is the remodel on the ground floor or upper floor? You would really need to provide the specifics of your particular project in order to get a better answer…it’s like asking the question: “What does a new car cost?” The more details the better the budget number can be…hope that helps.

This depends on a variety of aspects. First, many contractors and remodeling companies have job minimums that they have in place. This is something that you as a customer would want to get a few estimates from companies to compare. Next, its up to you to decide what type of lighting, fixtures, tiles, flooring, windows, doors, mirrors, etc… usually the customer selects all of the above based on their tastes and budget.
