To register as a contractor, it seems like the things you need are:
- Registered with the Secretary of State
- Completing an application for a business license and the contractor license
- Surety bond
- Proof of general liability insurance
But it doesn’t seem as though contractors in Washington are required to take an exam or show proof of prior work experience?
