Your question is a bit unclear.
Are you a supplier or merchant for equipment that you sell to consumers? Did they order through one of your suppliers and never pay you for the equipment ordered? Did you have a contract with said someone?
A bit more information is needed to adequately answer your question.
Do not pay the bill. Ask the equipment company why in God’s name they would let an unauthorized person order for your business and demand that you be the only party authorized to order equipment as you were in the first place. Inform the equipment company of the person who did this if they do not already know and raise hell with them as this is not okay for them to have allowed. Depending on the size of the bill, file a pursuit of claim against the party and forward the records to them. Equipment companies will usually work with you if you communicate. However, if not, send all of the proof you have to them and hire an attorney. If you’re in this business without a great one, you will not be for long. Depending on what type of Business account you have, you can file a fraud claim pretty quickly also.
