I am new to this service, but must say that the support and few leads that I have received thus far have helped in establishing another source of work leads to my business. And its a great outlet to have potential clients breeze through the profile to see completed projects, client reviews etc. - just an all around great service!
I like the fact that you have to compete in real time to obtain a lead. It makes me feel like there is an incentive to respond quick, and I believe it qualifies me among good contractors (like yourselves) and clients who are ready to sign and work.
Its give you another revenue stream once you can land some projects.
Build zoom places value on the job not on the lead unlike most lead generation services. It’s a win win arrangement, and incentivizes a long term relationship vs a one time sale of a lead.

Not paying for leads that do not call back. Even worse, paying for a lead that has a disconnected number.
The few leads I have been on seem to be highly qualified. These customers are serious and generally they seem to have a budget in place. They usually are ready to start soon.
