Building a house can present unique obstacles. What are your funniest, frustrating, or project halting stories?
Well on one occasion on Miami Beach I had a client who purchased a 1920’s home and they decided in their renovation that they wanted to maintain 1/2 of the home in the original style and configuration and that the other half would be “New”. We had to saw the home down the middle at the staircase , completely demolish one half and build the entire new project around the 1920’s existing half.
