Their are many things to consider for the correct answer. But generally we charge about $1250 for a single story home with a two color scheme. That is a basic paint project, but there can be addition factors that add cost. To answer your question though, we generally charge $1.10 per square foot.
The average price for painting has gone up the last couple years. Average pricing for interior is $2.00 per a sq foot. That would include walls and ceiling with two colors. The average exterior paint price would be around $2.20 a sq foot. These prices would apply to residential repaints only.
