What is the best and most efficient way to fix an inoperable pocket door?

When fixing an inoperable pocket door, first you have to determine the cause of the problem. It could be anything: the rollers are worn out, the track is bent, or there could be something in the pocket causing the door to not operate correctly, such as if you hang a picture on the wall and the nail was too long. After determining the problem pull the door stop off the top of inside of the door to expose the rollers and track. There is a special tool that can be purchased at any hardware store to remove the rollers from the door. After removing the door either replace the rollers or realign the track.
