West Hollywood has single family homes and apartments, big houses and little ones; quiet tree-lined streets and busy multi-use streets. Residential work is almost entirely remodeling or additions, from modest to nice to fancy. It is impossible to assign a building cost for all that variety, except to say that West Hollywood is part of the general LA building market.
