We usually will charge $1 a yard for tear out + $200 for haul off and about $2-4 a foot to refinish the floor (if its a custom stained finish going down).
I believe in my area carpet is about $5 per yard to dispose of. Wood floors are approx $2.50 sf to sand & finish and garbage $50 per pickup load.
