What’s something you didn’t know before that you know now, and what advice would you give yourself if you could go back in time?
That way too many firms ship out damaged products or that the materials or products are damaged in shipping. Allow longer for deliveries and allow for damaged goods too.

It is a process, every step takes time. Design, meeting with the customer, choosing materials, order materials, doing the project takes less time. Project management skills are vital.
