This is a very difficult question to answer without knowing interior and exterior finishes, permits required, architect requirements, etc. You could be going to be complete builders grade or you could be customizing your home. Metal roof or Asphalt roof? Stucco, Vinyl, Stone, Concrete, Brick or mixed product exterior? Flooring? Cabinets and countertops? Many variables… I would say a good base price to start at around there would be about $150/sqft.
