Nexia home intelligence with z-wave alliance. When combined with Trane HVAC equipment, the XL824 zone thermostat comes with the nexia and z wave bridge built in. I like the VERA smart home controller because it speaks every language, has it’s own apps and integrates every app that matters.
Hi there! In our experience we believe Crestron is the leader in home automation, controlling climate, audio/video, security and lighting with ease. There is a beautiful Crestron experience in Fort Lauderdale and the North East, New York/New Jersey. If I recall it is closed to the public, however our audio video partner can get you a meeting if you’re interested in seeing their capabilities. It’s very impressive!
