More & more, this list can grow.
The most common one is are you licensed
While you are here, could quote me on these 3 other things? You have to say yes, because you want the job, and you are a decent person. But, your free quote ends up being 3 hours there and 2 hours at your office or house doing the quote. Than to find out that you didn’t get the job. That is frustrating.
I am not sure how to how buildzoom does. I am new here.
Most common question, not listed
Isam, Has one heck of a checklist, Great Job!
And I would have to concur that he has hit just about all the high points and most common questions.
As well as the other posts for other work Bid since your here +, and are you licensed, for how long?
There is one they did not cover, and maybe They have not been asked this. But I get it allot.!
I get my younger clients who watch lots of DIY type shows ASK if they can do the demo work to save some money. Or just because they want to tear the place down!! like they see on TV.
I tell them if they have the manpower and skill set/+ tools and a way to dispose of it and still meet the timeline we set , Go for it!
We of course go through and spray paint everything Bright orange that goes, just so they don’t tear down the wrong wall, or door way, ETC. + I am on site to overt broken water lines or cut electrical lines, or provide advice, assistance.
Usually after the first day they are ready to back off… and let us do our job.
You have to admire their tenacity.
