What are some other patterns you have noticed in when homeowners are most likely to spend money on a remodel?I have found a large percentage of my amazing customers here at Johnson Sunrooms have recently purchased their home and are making it theirs through the services we provide. The next largest group of customers have lived in their homes a substantial amount of time and are ready for some change.
Many of my clients start to think about remodeling when their kids return from school, or have elderly relatives moving in. Also when the children grow up and leave the nest!
most clients like to remodel their homes right after they have just purchased it. they want to feel like it’s a fresh and new begining for them they don’t memories of some other family in their new home
When they are ready!
When the customer has decided which item is a priority and which is a want. Then too there is always the budget. When they have what they want and the money to do the job in most cases they are now ready.
My experience has been when they have extra cash or when they need added square footage for living quarters.
Kitchen and bathrooms will bring the value of the home up by the most.
