And my second is the quality of the products used and craftsmanship of said contractor regardless the project.

My number one Concern when hiring a flooring contractor would be if they have a contracting license in good standing with CSLB.

When dealing with flooring there are a few things to keep in mind:
the condition of the subfloor

  • a week subfloor can give you some problems with creaking or cracking of the produce
    the type of produce & adhesive used
  • wrong type of adhesive with give you problems in the long run.
