I completed and submitted a request for three excellent general managers to repair and replace multiple areas to my home caused by a security company. The security company is requesting three detailed estimates with pictures of all damage sustained.
When should I expect an answer so I can schedule appointments??? I really need it asap. Thank you!

Dear Teri, once we have received your service request, a support rep will contact you to confirm the details about your project within a few hours. Once we have confirmed the request, we’ll publish the service request immediately.
You typically will hear from at least one contractor within the next hour. It sometimes takes a day until all three have responsed to you. If you have any issues, please contact us and we’ll take a closer look.
The speed that the company gets back to you will really dictate the type of service they offer. If they advertise quick responses, I would say same or next day. Otherwise, within two days is a must. If they take longer, then expect the same type of response time after you sign a contract.
