If I am understanding this question correctly, you are a contractor looking to give your clients invoices (receipts)? When you have your contracts printed up you should always have invoices printed up as well and have them with carbon copies, so when you are completed with a project you can fill out the invoice with the type of work, warranties, and the finished price for there records and yours.
