Where can we find a good finish carpenter?

What’s the best way to hire a finish carpenter? Our home’s custom crown molding and built-in’s around our fireplace both need repairs.

There are several resources in most every market. Buildzoom is a great resource as they check out the contractors before providing them leads - I know, I’m one of those contractors. I will also say that a recent project I just accepted through Buildzoom, the customer was very impressed with their process and follow up.
Buildzoom doesn’t charge the customer anything but there are also other resources you may have in your area. National Association of Remodeling Industry (NARI) has local groups and you should be able to obtain a directory through them. There are paid for services as well, but be cautious and always be sure to check out your contractor.

First, decide on ALL product / service options. Compile a list of work and quality requirements. Have at least 2 qualified pros complete detailed bids on the work. Use a written contract that ties payment to verifiable results.

There are so many places to find a good contractor. First, ask your neighbors whose made some renovations for them. Stay local - that is usually the most economical. Try facebook and other social media. Of course, try BuildZoom as well.

You can find a good finish carpenter at Perfect Ten Construction Corp.

I would contact with build zoom adviser and they will find you the right person for your work

There are several resources that anyone with an internet connection can take advantage of.
Buildzoom is a great resource, I also have found great success with Yelp and Houzz.
