Preferably a professional business that specialize is concrete work. Do your homework on the contractor and ALWAYS ask for references. Ask for jobs locally that were done. Make sure the contractor shows you their insurance/workman’s compensation documents. You may need an electrician to run whatever electrical is needed to provide power for the heating source.
