Who should I contact to have an ICF home built?

Is this a job for a concrete contractor, a framer, or do I need a GC?

Any search will determine what concrete contractor deals with ICF’s (insulated concrete forms). But if you are building a complete home you really need a GC (general contractor). They will not only handle the installation of the ICF’s but everything subsequently needed.

If you are in MD give us a call.

General contractor would be best if they understand the system which I refer to as the grown man’s lego set.

Hello you would we suited to use a License contractor, as you are in need of both, but a well rounded carpenter to build the structure, as they have the knowledge of door and window opening needs.

It is a great way to build and green, but will add about 15 to 20 % in building cost, but you will get that back through energy savings.
